Application Broker 3.12 Messaging Service

The following operations are available. For a formal definition, please review the Service Description.

• getMessage

  Returns the specified message, including any related attachments.

• getMessages

  Returns all messages regarding the specified case, including any related attachments.

• sendMessage

  Creates a new message regarding the specified case, and notifies the other party. Valid for 3.7 cases and later, except cases in states 'archived', 'cancelled', 'cancelsent', 'deleted', 'draft' and 'rejected'.
